Privacy Statement
Your Personal Data. You leave them on our website www.marvinsmaatwerk.nlbecause that's what you have to do if you want to request information. But we can imagine that you would like to know why we ask for your personal data on our website and what we do with it. We are happy to tell you that here. If you have any questions after reading this, please let us know via our customer service.

Who are we
We are Marvin's Bespoke. We are located at Trompstraat 8 in (3454XJ) De Meern and registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 71529039. We are processors of personal data as defined in the European General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). When processing your personal data, we comply with the obligation of this AVG.

Highly secure
We put all the data you leave on our website very securely under lock and key with state-of-the-art technology. Anyone who has nothing to do with your data simply cannot access it. If we give your data to someone else - you can read why and when we do that below - we require that that other person treat your data as carefully as we do and use it only for the purpose for which it was given. If you feel this is not happening, please let us know via our customer service.

What do we do with your data?
We use your data for several purposes. For example, purposes for which you have first given us permission or purposes that we ourselves consider important. Below you can see which goals they are. We use data received from you as well as data collected by ourselves. For example, data about your visit to our website.

1. Execution of the agreement

Customer service
You can call us, fill out the contact form on the website, contact us via social media or send an email to our customer service department. In order to quickly assist you with questions, we use the personal data and information you provide. We process these to handle your questions or complaints and to provide you with good service.

Prials
When you enter a promotion or contest, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address and sometimes your age/date of birth. This will allow us to run the promotion and announce the prize winner(s).

2. Processing with Your Consent

E-mail Newsletters

We use your name and e-mail address to send our e-mail newsletter, if you have given us permission to do so. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, please unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.

3. Processing for our legitimate interest

Improving our service
We are constantly improving our service. Therefore, we may use your information to ask you if you would like to participate in a no-obligation customer or market survey. The survey is always anonymous and the results cannot be traced back to you.

Fraud
No one wants fraud, including us. Therefore, we use data to investigate, prevent and deter fraud.

Social media
We do not get access to your social media account, but articles you like, find useful or helpful can be shared with your friends. If you ask us a question via social media and we see that question come up, we will save that message and your account name so we can respond to your message.

With whom do we share your data?
We do not provide personal data to third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

How long do we keep your personal data?
We do not process your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is processed.

If we use personal data to send our e-mail newsletter, we will process the corresponding personal data until you withdraw your consent. You always have the right to withdraw this consent. You can do so by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

If we no longer need to keep the personal data for the reason stated above, we will delete or anonymize it, unless we are (i) compelled by law (e.g., tax law (7 years) or (ii) by an evidentiary obligation (e.g., in the field of e-mail marketing) to keep certain personal data longer. In which case, only personal data specifically necessary for that purpose will be retained for the applicable retention period.

What are your rights?
Through our customer service, you can ask to see, change, delete or receive your personal data. Sometimes, unfortunately, we cannot fulfill your request. If so, we will always explain. If you wish to receive your personal data from us, and we agree, we will transfer that personal data to you or another party designated by you in a structured commonly used and machine readable format.

If you wish to withdraw your consent or object to the (further) processing of your personal data, you can also contact our customer service.

In response to your objection, we will delete your personal data unless we are required to retain the personal data in question by compelling legitimate grounds or a legal obligation. If the latter, we will inform you and explain our consideration.

If you have any complaints about how we process your personal data or handle your requests, please contact us. If this does not lead to a solution, you can of course always exercise your right to file a complaint with the Authority for Personal Data or to appeal to the competent court.

Modifications
This privacy policy is subject to change. If we make changes, we will post the amended version on the website at least one month before it takes effect. We encourage you to regularly review the privacy policy. If you disagree with the changes, you can ask us to delete your personal data.

Third party websites
Our website may contain hyperlinks to third party websites. We are not responsible for these websites and recommend that you carefully review their privacy policies.
